4.5.572.182 is Hotfix 7, so you don't seem to have it. Go to www.mcafeeb2b.com and download it (it's a tricky manual install, alas, and you'll need your grant number). Also, you'll need to set OpenRetryDelay to a suitably high value (we use 0x800 here without problems).
