Are you saying that you can't find any articles or that the articles you find are simply not relevant to your problem?
I found 17 articles on the public web-site when I put that string into the KB search at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?pr=kbinfo or 18 if I just go to http://search.microsoft.com/ Organisational Forms seem to be a large cause of this error type so find out if there have been any changes to them recently. Also does the originator specified in your error message (i.e. "Name") have any auto-forward/replies set up?
