User has about 15 - 20 rules. A few days ago they all stopped running automatically. Apparently he had recently added an additional rule, so I was thinking that he was over the limit. Since telling him that he's deleted and consolidated many rules, bringing him back to a state where he has far fewer than he did before they stopped working...but they still aren't executing automatically. If he goes into the wizard, checks all the rules and clicks "run now," they execute.
