Hi again. I posted a previous email requesting that I be directed to information explaining the risks of enabling Out of Office messages to the Internet. We currently have both OOF messages and Auto Replies to the Internet disabled.
As a second part to this, is there a way to enable only one user to be able to send OOO messages to the Internet? Are there third party products which can do this? Thank you.
