Shouldn't have any problems with the upgrade. Is it a domain controller?

I have the hardware drivers and all that junk accounted for already. Just have never done an upgrade on a Exchange box... Also, I'm taking a full offline backup of the server and setting the NAV service to manual so it wont interfere with any upgrade either. What am I missing?
