Long story, but someone re-installed IIS on our Exch 2000 Svr and the inet-based services would not start (POP3, IMAP, routing, etc). We found Q277770 and applied those fixes. Now all the services start except Routing. We verified the entry for Resvc and it still won't start. The error is Event ID 7023 saying that "Error 3 - system could not find the path specified"
I'm assuming we may need a reinstall of Exchange. Any other help before we go down that route would be appreciated.
