I have found this to be a nice improvement for Windows XP; I can use my
personal e-mail and my list e-mail concurrently. I'm using it with POP
and my ISP mailboxes; is this what you're doing? I wasn't sure whether
this feature worked with Exchange (MAPI).

Subject: Additional Mailbox

Scenario..... User is using Outlook XP with mailbox on 2k server. He
has his mailbox open with an additional mailbox (Helpdesk) that is also
on the 2k server. When he replies to an email in the additional
mailbox, the from field is automatically set to the additional mailbox
without the use of any third party products. Is this by design of XP on
2k? The reason I ask is because it will not do the same for an
additional mailbox that lives on a
5.5 server. Thanks.
