In the "Outbound Messages awaiting Delivery" queue of the Internet Mail
Service (SMTP) I have constant messages with no sender. Is this normal or
are we a relayed off of? We're not on any Blacklists and telneting shows
we're not a relay. I called Microsoft and they say our PIX firewall is
misconfigured my PIX guy disagrees. I've tried blocking anonymous mail
with <> in the from field with Trend's InterScan 5 Messaging Security Suite
and no luck on that. Trend has tried everything with patches, reg hacks,
etc. and nothing seems to block that mail. We have a Trend server in our
DMZ receiving mail but outbound goes out the Exchange server with the IMS.
Any suggestions or other ideas would be great.
