Outlook user sends message internal to the organization. Message is delivered successfully. User cannot see message in "sent items" folder.
I, mail administrator of sorts, check user's mailbox on Exchange server and can see those messages in sent folder. User sends external mails; no problem. User can view externally-bound messages in sent folder! Scratching head. Please advise.
