I know that a user can create a disclosure that appears when the signature is chosen in outlook tools.
My question is -- Can I create a system wide disclosure that will be on all outbound emails and not on internal emails? one or the other or both? I haven't found anything in exchange server that would help, but it seems that there should be a way.
