I'm not sure what you're saying that folder is labeled, but have a look at Q313911 and
Q313913, maybe working backwards you can see something that caused the problem.

Subject: SMTP is angry

Ok, I admit that I am a novice again. Have an Exchange 2k server set up.
Got OWA working fine. I can send mail via OWA fine to other mailboxes on
the server and to external e-mail addresses. But I cannot receive mail at
any of my mailboxes. I can telnet to the server on port 25 fine. I type up
an e-mail there and send it and it says that its queued. My default smtpvs
is running. The properties are the defaults. Its wide open for the time
being until I can get it working. In my queues under the default smtpvs
there is a folder with a red ! labeled Enmerate messages from the queue
node. My smtp connector is also basically set with default settings. I am
not sure where to start looking for the problem.
Hoping someone can point me in a direction.
Thanks
