You cant. You need a 3rd party tool to do so. Most Exchange AV programs will
take care of this as well.

How do I config Exchange to block exe.pif,etc.. attachment. We are running
InoculateIT 4.0 to scan e-mail but it not block these files. Can I do it in
Exchange?
