you don't even need to do that.  just apply the tweak to a workstation, create a MAPI 
profile for her mailbox on that workstation, go to the folder from whence she deleted 
the items this morning, and recover them.  if they are not there, then she must have 
deleted them from the dumpster.  (or synched up an old *ost in reverse, perhaps?  i 
think i've seen that, too.)

test by deleting another message and recovering.  test on another mailbox.  go do it, 
man!
