<De-lurk> If you've got a Notes server convenient, use the Migration Wizard supplied along with Exchange administrator to connect to the Notes server and migrate all the messages to a PST file (or to the Exchange server if so required. It can be a bit pernickety to get working but the results are good. I've found that to be more reliable that the Notes Mail Importer.
