I have two companies with separate domains both NT 4.0 sp6a, Exch 5.5 sp4.
Company 2 periodically has trouble sending mail to select addresses.  The
message will sit in the IMS outbound queue.  I currently have an item that
states the host is unreachable.  I am able to send mail to this address from
Company 1 OK.  This is not a frequent issue however this does somewhat
regularly (every couple of weeks).

Any help appreciated.
