The room is on its own loop with 4 units running. If the temp or humidity goes out of spec then the system calls our facilities guys who in turn fix it or contact our on call person to alert them of the problem. We over did the room by one unit, and we doubled up the outside units. The only single point of failure we have is if someone cuts the chilled water lines. We are using all Leibert equipment in our computer room. These units are also on our circuit with the backup generator.
