expected to agree to them *after* you've read the content. In theory, a 
disclaimer/legal notice should be the FIRST thing you see (hence why when you install 
software, it's first, not last, and solicitors letters start "WITHOUT PREJUDICE" or

message that is attached to all e-mail generated on the company's mail
