Subject: pop3/imap access question

eschange 5.5 sp4 environment. I am trying to get users dial in to their
isp and tried to setup outlook 2000 or outlook express to access their
mailbox. when i setup outlook, is there anything special i need for the
server name (outlook web access works and users know how to get mail
thru the web) ie: pop.server.domain.com
