As a contractor here they said they had to manually change a group of about 300 users back to "user" as their role under the Permissions tab when you bring up the mailbox properties. Some how they got changed for reason they did not explain. The users could not login. They told me they changed each one by hand. I told them why didn't you just create a batch to do it based on the users who couldn't login. I was told it would not work on permission roles for individual mailboxes.
