Configure all WINS servers as PULL instead of PUSH/PULL. Remove the replication partners from both ends ot the replication relationship. Stop and restart both WINS services (may not be necessary). Re-establish replication and send triggers.

I can't find any reference to this particular error on the MS support site. I'm experiencing delays in the MTA queue between this server and another one in a different site. I'm wondering if the event has something to do with these delays. Any ideas???
