We went through a GW5 to E2K migration a little over a year ago for about 100 mailboxes. In general, things went very smoothly and our users have been very happy. Some things we encountered:
1. Reminder Notes do not come across at all. 2. Messages that had been forwarded many times got truncated. 3. Appointments and Tasks come across as an attachment to a message and must be imported. We did this, rather than asking the users, since we were also converting the desktops to W2K at the same time. 4. Repeating Appointments come across as a series of individual appointments. 5. Message status information did not come across. 6. Users of message retraction and status tracking had some adjustments to make. Good luck ...
