This is an issue I had when initially upgrading exchange it went away but has returned after changing our ISP (DSL) Here goes: ISA sp2 Ex2k sp2 Both on w2k sp2 ISA packet filter is allowing smtp in both directions ISA protocol rule/mail wizard rule is pointing to the correct internal mail servers IP ISA mail wizard publishing rules (smtp specifically) are configured to the correct outter IP on ISA to forward to the correct internal exchange IP SMTP service on ISA is disabled (due to rules all smtp trafic should be forwarded automatically to internal server) SMTP service is running on EX2k server. ISA and Exchange are on same subnet. External MX records are correct.
Internal email is fine. External email (to internet) is fine. Email incoming from the internet is not getting to us. Any suggestions? (maybe isa external is not listening to port 25?)
