Subject: Import from a pst file to a public folder

In Exchange 2000 is there a simple way to import a pst file to public
folders, The pst file was created with Outlook 2002 from an Exchange 5.5
data store.

I am trying to use Outlook 2000 to import, I've created the folders and
Outlook says: "Items cannot be created in the root of public folders"

TIA
