I'm sure this issue has surfaced on the discussion list but I couldnt' find
an appropriate solution. We have a bunch of staff whose email accounts are
being migrated to another company's mail server. We are obliged to maintain
their email accounts for a month following which we shall delete their
mailboxes. They presently have access to both our internet Exchange mail
server as well as their new company external mail server through POP3.
During this period, how can they inform the public about the change in their
email address ? I have disabled Automatic replies to the Internet.
Outlook 2000 on the client side.
Exchange 5.5 SP4 on the server side.
