I have a query. I've created a mailbox for our warehouse department to use for recording stock deliveries, which is available for all corporate users to access, which is also backed up by an email address, that they can use to request stock receipts etc. The problem is that most users see an email in the warehouse shared foler, they delete it because it's not for them.
Is there a way to tie down the mailbox to just display the calendar and the inbox, read only? We're running Ex5.5 on NT SP6, clients use either Outlook 98 or 2000.
