Hide the mailbox. You can still send to the SMTP address.

Subject: Hide user from GAL but not from Container - Twisted :-)

Hi all,

Exchange 5.5

I'm trying to hide Consultants from our GAL list without hiding them
completely from other containers. If you hide from address book the mailbox
is completely hidden.

The big man wants consultants to not show up in the root of the GAL because
sometimes users select the entire GAL and send emails to people who
shouldn't of received them. However he still wants to have them available
in containers to make the sender drill down if they want to send to a
consultant.

Can this be done?

I've seen a lot of posts on a lot of newsgroups and haven't seen a reply
yet. One suggestion was to create a Public Folder contacts folder, but that
is too complicated for some users. :-)

Thanks for the help

Brett
