I had the problem ocuring for one of my 5.5 SP4 exchange servers everytime alpplying this patch AS WELL as applying the SP3 on my win2k admin machine.
Some exchange servers become unavailable (DS security problem error message)... Re applying Exch SP4 doesn't change this security patch behaviour.
