Very polite, you don't see that much round these parts.

Pauli:
This is the second post you've made today with very little information. You may have
noticed the responses you got were about as informative as the question you asked.
Please include your version of Exchange, the name and version of your backup software
and other things such as your operating system version. Include what service packs.

Most importantly, go to this link and read it carefully:
http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm
especially
http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq_appxd.htm

Otherwise some folks think that either
   a) you are just trying to ask stupid questions, or
   b) you don't know enough to ask the question correctly so why try to help? or
   c) you haven't tried to find the answer on your own.

That being said, it looks like you are using veritas backup exec and trying to do a
individual mailbox backup (also called brick level backup or BLB).

Do you have the exchange option for backup exec? Sounds like you do. Is it the
correct version of the exchange option? you need to tell us. You can't use the 5.5
option successfully on an exchange 2000 server.

Go to the veritas site. Go to their support/knowledge base. Type in the error
message, you'll get tons of information. After trying those items and you still can't
get it to work, then post a message to the list with all the things you tried.
