Do you have it set so that the OS,Logs, & store are all on the same disk arm? In a optimum environment you would want it so that the OS and logs are on two separate Raid1 arms, and the store would be on a Raid5 arm. If this is one big arm with multiple drives that is why you are getting killed. Jeff
