A month or so ago we had similar problems, and Hotmail/MSN said "maintenance" was being done in our area. After continued bugging for a few days Email finally started flowing again. Knock on wood ... Email is flowing to Hotmail just fine for us. We have quite a few Contacts that forward to individual Hotmail accounts.
