1) Michael Semiglia. He's out all week. He suggests contacting the help desk, but leaves no instruction on how to do so. Lucky him. 2) Ronald Bare is...well barely out of the office as he is away only on the 25th. It is already the 26th, so I'm sure he'll change it in the morning, or at least that's what Mike Thommes would probably say at (630-252-5461). 3) Liam Murphy of HP appears to be away until the 30th of Sept. But I'll call Bill Caldwell (for any urgent matters) just to hear his British accent. I'll tell them I know that Hobson bloke that used to work there...
