Two words: Recipient Policies
Bring up the Exchange System Manager and expand "Recipients". Click on "Recipient Policies" under that and you will see a list of your recipient policies in the right-hand pane. These define the email addresses for your recipients. These are located on the "E-Mail Addresses (Policy) tab. You can find the applicable recipient policy and add an SMTP address for @example.be. > I have a windows2000 domain and an Exchange 2000 server.
