That's hard to tell. I have no idea what these customers have on their end. But whener 
something is not working for them - it is our fault :)

How is their network setup?  Are they trying to connect through multiple 
layers of hubs are do they have a switch.  I saw this once before and the 
client had hub after hub stringed together.
