Maybe my eyesight is going bad, but it looks like your client is trying to
use a UUNET SMTP server to send email and UUNET does not want them to do use
this particular server or your client has been using this UUNET server to
spam people and they have blocked him/her.

I cannot imagine what this has to do with your Exchange server since it does
not look like it is even getting that far.
