To say again what was posted earlier on this thread. There is an excellent article on this subject pertaining to Outlook 2000 and XP versions. Exchange&Outlook Administrator Oct. 2002 has an article named "Using and Configuring Outlook Direct Booking" by Joseph Neubauer. It goes into great detail on how to set it up correctly. You might be able to get to it via www.exchangeadmin.com. Although you may have to cough up the bucks to join.
