OK I have found this event message at another site now. It seems that this problem appears after Exchange SP2 has been applied to the server and then restarted. The message below is an actual event (except for the computer name) from the server in question.
This only happe4ns when the server is restarted. The services start when they are manually started after logon. Is there a way I can make these services wait until the SA starts before they attempt to, or is there a known fix for this that I so far have not been able to locate?
