Win2K, E2k Enterprise SP2 native mode I'm trying to set up our Human Resources public folder to send an auto reply acknowledgement of resume submission. The public folder is mail enabled and I enabled auto reply under Global Settings/Internet Mail Format. I set up a rule in the public folder to reply with a message template. I receive the auto reply internally but not externally. What am I missing? Any help is greatly appreciated as I am new to administering Exchange.
