You'd like working here then! If a site has more than 10 people, we have to put in an Exchange server. If only I could convince them to put all that extra money into my bank account instead :-).

I have had plenty of 20 person offices hitting Exchange across WAN links without issue. In fact, I have 2 offices going half way across Europe, with 30 users each, to the only office there that can support Exchange (from an admin standpoint).
