Dear list, My two manager sharing one email ID in Dubai, now here I have created two contacts with different names but same email address, and added in the group called XYZ, but the problem is message bounce back NDR "duplicate addresses". I know this is normal but my management wants that they both should exit in our GAL, How can I solve this; help in this regard is appreciated.
