Fabulous, I have been on the phone with PSS for 2 hours now, and they have no clue... (I think the tech is the problem..)

I have checked permissions in ADU&C, checked permissions in ESM, checked permissions on the E2K server. Other admins can create mailboxes there, just not the domain administrator account..
