Well, the reason I asked is because I'm building a directory management tool of sorts, but it sounds like your needs might be a bit unique (intranet/internet enabled isn't an exchange attribute per se is it?). Not sure of anything currently which meets your needs out there, and what I'm building likely wouldn't either. Sorry.
