Yes we are inviting conference rooms as users. The only reason why I do it this way is so that we have a paper trail to help end arguments between users. I am going to look into the ERM that looks pretty cool.

It's user account is setup as the delegate for all of the conference rooms. Each conference has a user account on the network. The meeting requests go to the room scheduler and it accepts or declines based on the conference rooms calendar.
