Exchange doesn't currently offer mailbox replication to other servers. There are a number of 3rd party high availability solutions which offer replication of Exchange server data across the LAN/WAN. Some of these products[1] are listed at www.mail-resources.com in the web links | server | high availability section. In general, the way most solutions are structured today, you'll want to be very cognizant of the potential bandwidth implications.
