Without knowing exactly how you are configured, it is difficult to provide meaningful recommendations, but I'll give it a shot.
In Exchange 5.5 if you do not have an IMC set up on it, then you should not need port 25. Same thing with X.400. If you are not running any X.400 connectors, then you should not need it. However, be a little careful here since Exchange 5.5, internally is X.400 based (Exchange 2000 internally is SMTP based) Those ports sound correct for the PDC and BDC, but I did not check to make absolutely certain.
