Thanks, yeah I changed the logging to high and that seems to get rid of at least some of the issues, I got the email address to export by doing that and now I am trying to get members. I sure wish there was a better way to view the members though...has anyone written a script or anything to better format the DNs for members of a DL export? Excel's 65000 limitation is going to hinder the results.

Also make sure that the you are logged in as for example the exchange service account so you are sure you can read all the data. The events are recorded in the application log on the computer that you are running exchange administrator on.
