We have recently installed a second Exchange 2000 Server. Any mailbox created or moved to this server does not receive any mail. Sending seems to work fine.
The non delivery reports reflect the following message "A configuration error in the e-mail system caused the message to bounce between two servers or to be forwarded between two recipients." Some errors in the event log are as follows: "Logon Failure on database "First Storage Group\Mailbox Store..." "Failed to create the mailbox of..." If the mailbox is moved back to the original server, everything seems to work fine. Does anyone have any ideas?
