Just select "Information Store" - the drive on which it is stored is
irrelevant, and will skip the database file(s) anyway, since they're in use
at the time.

I'd suggest reading the FAQ's entry entitled "The Ed Crowley Never Restore
Method" before enabling brick level (ie individual mailbox) backups, as
you'll see they're 100% wasteful, 150% in Exchange 2000.
