I would. You don't have to do a -fix straight away, either. I've seen quite a few posts over the years to do with fixing 1025s with isinteg.

EcDoDeliverMessage (Q235984) which says to have the user clean the mailbox. and ecGetRestriction (Q182321)which says should be fixed in sp4 which i have or to run isinteg but I don't want to do that unless it helps with my problem I can't find anything specific to EcProcessSearchMessageEvent or EcTestMsgRestriction. Should I run Isinteg or do you have a better suggestion.....
