The fact that you're considering that group an authority on open relays is a bit scary, really. Read the archives, from roughly this time last year, for a discussion of the relative merits of the open relay list providers, specifically one previously provided by Paul Cumming. This is further evidenced by the fact that you must manually remove the files before the IMC will restart. I would trust Daniel on this one.
