Or upgrade to Exchange 2000, which handles such things
much more easily.  The upgrade isn't easy, though.

Assuming you have your DNS all setup:
Adf the domain name to the routing tab in the IMS.
Restart IMS. Add the appropriate new email addy to
each account and set it as the default.

This way people can keep both email addys while the
transition takes place. They can email all their
contacts with the new address to send to.

Our company is planning to change its name. We will be
changing our domain name also. I have a exchange 5.5
with 60 users. 1 Should i reinstall a new exchange
server with newcompany name or can i use existing old
server and rename it 2 How to move users from old to

to do at ISP level.
